Lab Meeting Presenters

  1. Set up at least 15 minutes before the starting time
  2. Check each presentation with your PI prior to presentation (for content)
  3. Don't wave the pointer around during your presentation
  4. Use a white background; avoid difficult to see color combinations (e.g. red on blue)
  5. Turn off screen saver before your presentation
  6. Leave time for discussion

For Lab

  1. Lab meeting Tuesday 9:25 AM. The talk starts at 9:30 AM sharp be on time. Late comers disturb the meeting
  2. Journal Club: Monday 9:15 AM
  3. All lab members and support staff are expected to attend. No exceptions.
